3-lane for motorized vehicles plus bicycle lanes, sidewalks, street lighting and amenities from Hwy #9 traffic signals to Mechanic Street.

Design, Plans and Specifications for routing and construction of underground electrical transmission line, including route declaration, Right-of-Way procurement, utilities and easement confirmation, field locations and permitting preparation.

New Water Main and Fire Hydrant, with service replacement to homes along a one block stretch on Oak Street from Park Street to Church Street.   Finished off with a new curb and gutter, driveways approaches, sidewalks and Asphalt surface.
